Local council vs Police

Ini first day aku bawak keta lalu terowong SMART, RM 2 juga kena bayar tol, pastu masuk jalan sultan ismail, aku ingat nak masuk jalan tun razak tapi slow keta kesana, so aku relax aje masuk sultan ismail,

All the way from Kajang to Setapak, I’ve seen many police traffic guide the traffic through the packed morning,

The local council has done their job perhaps to build the traffic light, the interchange, the road, and it has done with the tax payer money,

But still the traffic police needed every morning, to do what I saw is replace the traffic light, what a failure,

So what to bother then, I reach my destination, everyone does and so the police can rest after hectic hours,

Ever wonder why the local council enforcer just bother to issue ticket to those who not park their car according to the what they call meter parking,

I think it is their responsibilities, the local council should take action to overcome traffic woes every morning, if they fail to do so, so they can vacate their seat to be replace by the police traffic whose sacrife their life at the middle of the traffic.

I know the local council done their part to prepare basic amnenities to the public, but the road still jammed, the traffic is bumper to bumper, I wish if their enforcer wonder why they are late for the so called ‘minum pagi’ b’coz they hadn’t done enough their job to deliver the people vote,

I’m not complaining but if the all local council in Malaysia see the problem from the police traffic’s view, I think they can see why we need the police to control the traffic when the traffic light is there,

If the enforcer is responsible enough, they will work together to or perhaps they had to do like the traffic police doing every morning, so who are to be blame?
